Returns Policy:

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item, or its size), in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. However, they may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit if the desired size is unavailable. Worn underwear cannot be returned.

Refunds are typically processed within three weeks of your package being shipped back to us. This timeframe includes transit time for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time taken by your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS, with rates calculated based on real-time quotes. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We ship nationwide in the U.S. and to select foreign countries. For orders to countries not listed, contact us for shipping arrangements and confirmation via email.

Please note: International shipments are subject to import fees.
